Chúng tôi coi trọng quyền riêng tư và cam kết bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của khách hàng, đối tác và người truy cập trang web của chúng tôi. Chính sách Bảo mật này mô tả cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, tiết lộ và bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của bạn theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam (bao gồm Luật An ninh mạng và Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân).
1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
Chúng tôi có thể thu thập các loại dữ liệu cá nhân sau đây khi bạn tương tác với website, đăng ký tư vấn dịch vụ hoặc ký kết hợp đồng với chúng tôi:
- Thông tin liên hệ cá nhân: Họ tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ email, địa chỉ liên lạc hoặc vị trí làm việc.
- Thông tin doanh nghiệp: Tên công ty, mã số thuế, chức vụ của bạn tại doanh nghiệp.
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật tự động: Khi bạn đồng ý sử dụng analytics, công cụ đo lường có thể xử lý địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, hệ điều hành, thời gian truy cập và các trang đã xem.
- Nội dung yêu cầu tư vấn: Các thông tin bạn chủ động cung cấp khi gửi biểu mẫu yêu cầu báo giá/tư vấn về dịch vụ AI Compliance, Blockchain Traceability hoặc HimiFlow™.
2. Mục đích sử dụng thông tin
HimiTek chỉ sử dụng thông tin cá nhân của bạn cho các mục đích hợp pháp sau:
- Cung cấp, vận hành và duy trì các dịch vụ công nghệ mà bạn yêu cầu.
- Phản hồi yêu cầu tư vấn, chuẩn bị báo giá và liên hệ hỗ trợ theo phạm vi đã thống nhất với bạn hoặc theo hợp đồng dịch vụ liên quan.
- Gửi bản tin công nghệ, thông tin cập nhật về Luật AI và chính sách xuất nhập khẩu mới (nếu bạn đã đăng ký nhận bản tin).
- Phân tích lưu lượng truy cập để cải thiện giao diện và trải nghiệm người dùng khi bạn đã đồng ý sử dụng analytics.
- Tuân thủ các nghĩa vụ pháp lý, thuế và kế toán theo luật pháp Việt Nam.
3. Bảo mật thông tin dữ liệu
Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật kỹ thuật và tổ chức nghiêm ngặt để bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn khỏi bị truy cập, sử dụng, tiết lộ, thay đổi hoặc tiêu hủy trái phép:
- Toàn bộ dữ liệu truyền tải trên website được mã hóa bằng giao thức bảo mật SSL/TLS.
- Hạ tầng lưu trữ và xử lý được cấu hình theo phạm vi từng dịch vụ, với quyền truy cập giới hạn cho người có trách nhiệm liên quan.
- Các biện pháp như phân tách môi trường, sao lưu, ghi log hoặc triển khai trên hạ tầng của khách hàng được xác định trong kiến trúc và hợp đồng của từng dự án.
4. Chia sẻ thông tin với bên thứ ba
HimiTek cam kết không bán, trao đổi hoặc cho thuê thông tin cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào vì mục đích thương mại. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ thông tin trong các trường hợp đặc biệt sau:
- Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng, email, thông báo và biểu mẫu hỗ trợ chúng tôi tiếp nhận yêu cầu hoặc vận hành dịch vụ, trong phạm vi cần thiết cho mục đích đã nêu.
- Google Analytics chỉ được tải sau khi bạn đồng ý; việc xử lý dữ liệu analytics còn chịu sự điều chỉnh bởi điều khoản và chính sách của Google.
- Khi có yêu cầu chính thức bằng văn bản từ các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo đúng quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
5. Quyền của chủ thể dữ liệu
Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP, bạn có toàn quyền đối với dữ liệu cá nhân của mình, bao gồm:
- Quyền yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc cập nhật thông tin cá nhân của bạn.
- Quyền rút lại sự đồng ý cho phép xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân bất kỳ lúc nào.
- Quyền yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn trong cơ sở dữ liệu của chúng tôi (trừ trường hợp chúng tôi bắt buộc phải lưu trữ theo quy định của luật thuế/kế toán).

6. Cookies và analytics
Website lưu lựa chọn ngôn ngữ và lựa chọn analytics trên thiết bị của bạn. Google Analytics không được tải cho tới khi bạn bấm cho phép. Bạn có thể thay đổi lựa chọn tại mục “Tùy chọn analytics” ở chân trang. Từ chối analytics không ảnh hưởng tới chức năng cốt lõi của website.
7. Điều khoản bổ sung dành riêng cho Ứng dụng HimiTrace (Shopify App)
Khi bạn cài đặt và sử dụng ứng dụng HimiTrace trên cửa hàng Shopify của mình, chúng tôi thu thập và xử lý các thông tin sau:
- Thông tin Cửa hàng: Tên cửa hàng, địa chỉ email, địa chỉ vật lý, số điện thoại và các thiết lập tiền tệ/ngôn ngữ để cấu hình tài khoản HimiTrace.
- Dữ liệu Sản phẩm: Danh sách sản phẩm, các biến thể sản phẩm, mã vạch (Barcode), và thông tin mô tả sản phẩm để phục vụ tính năng tạo mã QR truy xuất nguồn gốc và in tem nhãn.
- Dữ liệu Đơn hàng: Thông tin đơn hàng (mã đơn hàng, ngày tạo, danh sách sản phẩm đã mua) để thực hiện liên kết lịch sử truy xuất nguồn gốc sản phẩm từ khâu sản xuất đến tay người tiêu dùng.
- Quyền riêng tư dữ liệu của Shopify: Chúng tôi tuân thủ hoàn toàn yêu cầu bảo mật của Shopify, bao gồm việc tích hợp các webhook GDPR bắt buộc để xử lý yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu của khách hàng (Customer Redact), xóa dữ liệu cửa hàng (Shop Redact) và yêu cầu cung cấp dữ liệu (Customer Data Request). Chúng tôi không lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân của khách hàng mua hàng tại cửa hàng của bạn trừ khi được yêu cầu để thực hiện tính năng truy xuất nguồn gốc.
8. Thay đổi Chính sách bảo mật
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách Bảo mật này định kỳ để phản ánh các thay đổi về dịch vụ hoặc các quy định pháp luật mới. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được công bố trên trang này kèm theo ngày cập nhật mới nhất ở đầu trang.

- Analyze web traffic to improve design and user experience after you consent to analytics.
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations under Vietnamese law.
3. Data Security
We implement strict technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:
- All data transmitted on the website is encrypted using the SSL/TLS protocol.
- Storage and processing infrastructure is configured for the scope of each service, with access limited to people responsible for the relevant work.
- Controls such as environment isolation, backups, logging, or deployment on customer infrastructure are defined in each project's architecture and contract.
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
HimiTek is committed to not selling, trading, or renting your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. We only share information in the following exceptional cases:
- Infrastructure, email, notification, and form providers that help us receive requests or operate services, only to the extent needed for the stated purpose.
- Google Analytics is loaded only after consent; analytics processing is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.
- When officially requested in writing by competent state agencies in accordance with Vietnamese law.
5. Rights of Data Subjects
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have full rights over your personal data, including:
- The right to request access, correction, or updates to your personal information.
- The right to withdraw your consent to personal data processing at any time.
- The right to request the deletion of your personal data from our databases (except where we are legally required to retain it for tax/accounting purposes).

6. Cookies and Analytics
The website stores your language and analytics preferences on your device. Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow it. You can change this choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not affect core website functionality.
7. Specific Provisions for HimiTrace Application (Shopify App)
When you install and use the HimiTrace application on your Shopify store, we collect and process the following information:
- Store Information: Store name, email address, physical address, phone number, and currency/language settings to configure your HimiTrace account.
- Product Data: Product list, variants, barcodes, and description details to generate traceability QR codes and print labels.
- Order Data: Order information (order ID, creation date, purchased items) to link the product traceability history from production to the final consumer.
- Shopify GDPR Compliance: We fully comply with Shopify's security requirements, including implementing the mandatory GDPR webhooks to handle data deletion requests (Customer Redact, Shop Redact) and data access requests (Customer Data Request). We do not store personal data of your store's customers unless explicitly required to perform traceability functions.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or new legal regulations. All changes will be published on this page with the latest update date at the top.
