HimiTek ra đời từ nhận thức rằng doanh nghiệp Việt Nam cần một đối tác vừa hiểu kỹ thuật, vừa hiểu pháp lý — đặc biệt khi Luật AI 134/2025, EU AI Act và các quy định mới (như EUDR, CBAM) đang thay đổi cách chúng ta ứng dụng công nghệ và xuất khẩu.

- Blockchain Traceability: Triển khai kiến trúc Hyperledger Besu & IPFS cho truy xuất nguồn gốc chuỗi cung ứng nông sản, đáp ứng EUDR.
- AI Agents & Automation: Thiết kế và vận hành các hệ thống Multi-Agent tự động hóa quy trình nghiệp vụ (n8n, LiteLLM, v.v.).
- Cybersecurity: Kiến trúc Zero Trust, Security Audit và ứng phó sự cố (Đang theo đuổi chứng chỉ CISSP).

Hieu Luong has spent years working in AI, blockchain and information security, building and running complex systems that range from the VNPT BaaS platform to AI automation pipelines.
He founded HimiTek because Vietnamese businesses need a partner that understands both the technology and the law, at a time when Vietnam's AI Law 134/2025, the EU AI Act and new rules such as EUDR and CBAM are changing how companies adopt technology and export.
