Hiếu Lương

required = ['title', 'location', 'salary_min', 'salary_max', 'approver_id']
missing = [key for key in required if not job.get(key)]
within_budget = job['salary_max'] <= budget['approved_max']
if missing:
route('hr_owner', {'missing': missing})
elif not within_budget:
route('finance_approver', {'job_id': job['id']})
else:
route('publish_queue', {'status': 'approved'})

Lan, the HR Director of a 300-person service company in Ho Chi Minh City, used to spend an average of three days preparing each vacancy. HR had to request a salary range from the department head, verify the budget with finance, obtain executive approval, and revise the listing several times.
Salary data was scattered across Google Sheets, emails, and the HRM system. For the same seniority level, sales proposed VND 18–25 million while operations was allowed only VND 15–20 million. Fearing exposure of sensitive data, HR omitted salary information or used vague wording such as competitive compensation.
Strong candidates did not wait for an explanation. They skipped non-transparent listings and applied to competitors showing clear ranges. What appeared inexpensive was still a chạy bằng cơm process—manual work powered by people. It depended on personal files and could effectively sập nguồn, or shut down, whenever the file owner took leave.
2. Agitate — Slow hiring is more than a bad KPI
Repeated revisions created a nghẽn cổ chai, or bottleneck, among HR, department managers, and finance. Recruiters copied data instead of screening candidates, while understaffed teams continued carrying revenue targets. The number of published listings became a KPI ảo—a vanity KPI—when candidates abandoned them after seeing no salary range.
Lan's company initially used vá víu fixes: another form, another chat group, and another salary sheet. This ăn xổi, short-term approach increased nợ kỹ thuật, or technical debt, and weakened data control. One wrong mid-level hire could add agency fees, onboarding time, and lost productivity. That mất tiền ngu—avoidable wasted money—cost far more than standardizing the workflow.
Buying more software without repairing the approval flow is tối ưu nửa mùa, or half-finished optimization. If a vendor merely vẽ dự án—draws an impressive AI plan—without committing to before-and-after metrics, costs keep rising while candidates still cannot see the salary.
Step 1 — Standardize permission-controlled data: connect existing Google Sheets, HRM records, and budget data; then map roles, grades, locations, and salary bands. HR sees only the data required for the task. Individual compensation and sensitive budgets never enter the public listing.
Step 2 — Let AI validate, not act freely: the Reasoner checks salary bands, budgets, and mandatory fields. A separate Actuator sends the request only to the authorized approver. OpenClaw Gatekeeper blocks elevated tools by default, while 9router v0.4.66 and LiteLLM dual-instance failover keep the workflow available if one provider fails. A hard monthly budget cap of USD 5 can be applied to each virtual key to stop costly runaway loops.
Step 3 — Approve and synchronize: a listing can be published only when it contains a job title, location, responsibilities, salary range, and approval ID. Automation then distributes the approved content consistently across recruitment channels and logs every change.
required = ['title', 'location', 'salary_min', 'salary_max', 'approver_id']
missing = [key for key in required if not job.get(key)]
within_budget = job['salary_max'] <= budget['approved_max']
if missing:
route('hr_owner', {'missing': missing})
elif not within_budget:
route('finance_approver', {'job_id': job['id']})
else:
route('publish_queue', {'status': 'approved'})
The measured result was concrete: preparation time fell from three days to 45 minutes, manual revisions dropped by 80%, and average time to hire decreased by nine days. The company saved approximately 420 working hours and VND 280 million in annual operating costs. AI contributed to revenue by putting revenue-critical roles on the market sooner, while reducing processing labor and the cost of bad hires.
4. CTA — Measure ROI before replacing the HRM
HimiTek can pilot the workflow with one job group and existing data, without forcing the company to replace its HRM. The target outcomes should be agreed upfront: less than 60 minutes from hiring request to publication, approved salary ranges in 100% of listings, and at least 70% fewer manual revisions. Select five roles currently suffering from slow hiring, and HimiTek can build a pilot workflow to calculate the hours and operating costs recoverable within 30 days.
